We have found that if
you talk about the love of God
but fail to meet the basic
and urgent needs of the people,
it might as well be hypocrisy.
What is ACE Medical Missions?
- Over 2200 patients are seen each year
- We serve 6 different local clinics
- 5+ medical trips are held each year, at least one per quarter
- We partner with the Jamaican Ministry of Health to ensure continued care.
- Medical teams are usually 15-30 people including doctors, nurses, dentists, chiropractors, and many other medical and non-medical volunteers
Our trips run Saturday to Saturday and the cost is $799 per person for the entire
week. This includes your stay and food at Galina Breeze Hotel, transportation to and
from the airport, organized medical clinics, 24-hour security, and transportation to and
from the clinic sites. (Free day activity is an additional $25 that you will need to have
with you on the island) Airfare is not included. Please note that this is a group rate and is based on 4-6 per room. If you need an extra room and there is availability, you may have one for an additional $25/night.
We need both medical and non-medical volunteers to make these clinics work!
Non-medical volunteers as well as medical professionals are needed for our medical teams. Non-medical tasks include clinic set up and tear down, registration, crowd control, assisting caregivers, helping with children whose parents are being seen by the doctor/dentist.
Dental and pediatric services are in highest demand, but all medical professions are greatly needed. We need nurses, physician’s assistants, chiropractors, ENT Doctors, General practice, and OBGYN Doctors!
How to Book Your Trip
Choose one of our 4+ annual medical trips
Once you have chosen which medical trip you would like to join, we will send you an invoice via email. This invoice is a confirmation that you are “penciled in” our calendar. Changes may still be made at any time. In order to hold your reservation, we will need a $100 per person deposit
and flight itineraries. After that, 50% of your invoice total is due 60 days prior to your trip and the remaining balance is due 30 days before your trip. A copy of the ACE Refund Policy will be sent to you along with your invoice. Your Stateside Coordinator will be available via phone or
email should you have any questions.
To book your group flight, contact the group booking agent at the airline of your choice or the travel agent of your choice. Please contact our stateside office for recommendations. For individuals, please book your flight with your own preferred airline or travel agent. PLEASE NOTE: You must arrive within ACE transportation time parameters or there may be additional transportation costs. Please arrive in Montego Bay before 3:00PM on the day of arrival, and depart NO EARLIER than NOON on your return.
Short Term Travel Insurance
ACE requires that all participants have short term travel insurance, also offered through Travel Team brokers at the best rates we can find! The cost is only $30 for an adult and $25 for a student for the entire week. The cost of insurance will be reflected on your invoice; however this also can be removed upon proof of other coverage.
